More and more people are suffering from severe emotional deprivation, which has real
mental health.
To overcome these deficiencies, I propose a session based on cuddling: it’s called
cuddle therapy.

This treatment enables men and women suffering from pathologies such as depression, burn out or other disorders to improve their state of health through hugs exchanged in a respectful and attentive atmosphere.

cuddle therapy is a method that simply involves giving and receiving… hugs.

In today’s hyper-connected world, nothing encourages contact or gentleness between people,

Worse still, some people today confuse tenderness with sexuality, which are totally different things.

A hug is “taking the other person completely in your arms. It’s putting the other person in your warmth, against your heart”.

Cuddling releases a hormone called oxytocin, also known as the well-being and attachment hormone.

In today’s world, mistrust is more important than tenderness when it comes to encounters: we’re afraid of the other person, of being rejected and of how they’ll react.

hugs are essential to our survival

physical contact is recognized as having highly beneficial virtues

– improves self-confidence

-fights depression

– releases oxytocin, the hormone of love, trust and social bonding

– Cuddling conjures up images of softness, warmth, comfort and tenderness.

Depending on your mood, you can also indulge in caresses or massages.

Please note that cuddle therapy has no medical purpose: the session is based on listening and touching. No diagnosis or treatment is suggested.

No sexual seduction, kissing or inappropriate gestures are tolerated.

In this session you’ll find tenderness, sensuality and massage exchanges, with the aim of rehabilitating tenderness, contact and gentleness in all their dimensions.
